I am not very familiar with Chettinad cuisine, and thus had no idea what to get here (1 Hindoo Road, 6392-2300). I almost went for a nice looking crab curry that I saw in the glass case, but I just wasn't in the mood to go through all of the work required to eat it. So I went for a prawn masala, which was nice and peppery, going along nicely with that egg briyani and some assorted veggies that got scooped out of metal buckets. It was all served at room temperature though; I wonder if it would be hot from the kitchen if I came at a different time.
