Cool, a chain of cafes from Burma has opened an outlet in Singapore (1 Zubir Said Drive #01-01). The menu featured things like lahpet thoke and mohinga, but I went for this rice-based salad called htamin thoke. And it was awesome. It was spicy, slightly acidic, and earthy from shallots. There were small cuts of potato in there too.
