The one I was served today had fewer spring onions scattered on top, and I'm not sure if the wok tossing really added much more in terms of taste. But being in that hot claypot did allow for a quasi-soccarat/nurungi to form at the bottom, although it wasn't so much about scorching it to a crisp but creating a thick glue-like consistency at the bottom, which was kinda fun to scrape off with a spoon.
