I had never heard of this nasi padang until we saw them at Suntec City Mall Tower 4 today (3 Temasek Boulevard #B1-100/101, 6208-2082), but apparently they were well-known at Orchard Towers previously. Either way, I was happy with what we had today, with that chicken above being tender but also tasty with its crispy skin. Both their sambal hijau and balado were pleasantly done too, even if not particularly spicy. Most importantly, none of it was sweet, which means that I'll have no objections to going back.
