I wasn't planning on stopping here, as it was just a random place that I saw from the bus when approaching the train station (1 Avenue Général de Gaulle, 4-6834-3436) with online ratings that weren't particularly positive. But I ended up being quite happy with it, as it was an old school place with paper napkins and lunch sets that include a small carafe of wine and a simple salad consisting of nothing other than iceberg lettuce with raw onions and hard boiled legs and a sad-looking basket of bread. Sure, the fries were frozen and unlike the awesome ones from last night, but this place was being single-handedly run by a kind gentleman who didn't speak much English and gave it all the more charm.
