So this local brewery is actually from Lahaina, but recently rebooted itself down at Wailea Village (110 Wailea Ike Drive, 808-86-80010). It was a friendly place to kick back and grab things like this ahi poisson cru, or a Tahitian ceviche finished in coconut milk. Yep, it was deliciously refreshing and exactly the thing I needed for a midday refueling. I may have to stop by again sometime for their musubi and poké.
