No, I'm not trying to turn this into a chicken rice blog. But it's one of the few dishes that satiates the restricted diet that I'm on for a few days. So I've been going to each chicken rice stall at Amoy Street Food Centre and this was the next one up (7 Maxwell Road #01-59). This stall's chicken was tougher than the others, and the rice wasn't as good as Uncle Louis. But the chili was spicy and it was still better than Tong Fang Fatt, which was too sweet.
