This local chain has been around for a number of years, but it never looked that interesting until I saw a sign for this spicy ramen today. It was better than I thought it would be, not just because they kept the skinny noodles nice and firm, but also since that meat was paper thin, making it fun to eat. Granted, that spicy sauce was rather candy-like sweet, but I didn't mind it as much as I thought I would, perhaps because of the potent spicy level. The prices were low too, although that meant that the portions were pretty small as a result; it was just right for my afternoon snack today though.
