The new development at Palawan Beach in Sentosa is rather nicely done, and there is even a fake food truck park there featuring everything from burgers to fish & chips to Korean fried chicken. I landed on the Tacos de Playa truck because they had quesabirria, or rather, the "famous birria quesa tacos."

To be sure, this was like eating at a stadium; one isn't exactly there for quality of the food, as seen by that lousy garnish and oddly thick consome above. That said, these were still piping hot, crispy, and cheesy. And this place was so nicely furnished that it was a rather plesant experience.
