SoupCup at the Hong Leong Building
Here's a local fish soup shop run by a former MasterChef finalist (16 Raffles Quay #B1-26). And the name comes from the fact that they offer a smaller takeaway portion in a paper cup. But I got a full serving instead, grabbing the clam paofan option above. That broth was better than I was expecting, being very savory from the seafood, not to mention refreshing from the occasional cut of raw ginger in there. That chili sauce was clean and potent too. I'd eat there again.
