The Pepper Lunch folks have opened a takeout stall at the basement of 313@somerset called Pepper Lunch GO! Naturally, one isn't going to get their signature hot plates as a result, so they did these burgers which I thought I'd give a try. But somehow I never learn my lesson on rice burgers, which just end up in a hot and mushy mess. The taste was fine, but I was rather miffed that the greasy rice so easily crumbled off, leaving a stain on my pants.
