I forgot to post these photos, but while we were in Utah for my son's graduation we drove to Logan to visit the town and hang out with my best friend's daughter Julia.  Logan has to be the prettiest city in Utah.  It is surrounded by mountains at almost 360 degrees.  Julia gave us a tour of the Utah State University campus.  Afterward, we ate ice cream at the creamery.  I got the Aggie Space Debry which was huckleberry Ice cream with raspberry swirl and chunks of white and dark chocolate.  I have to say it was some of the best ice creams I have ever had.  So so good and super creamy!  It was a fun day!
