1/2 Marathon

Our oldest son, who is 22, and currently living in Seattle for the summer, just ran his first 1/2 marathon.  Harris is not a runner.  He usually does a lot of walking, but this summer he took up running.  When I asked him how it went, he told me that it was super hard, and he almost didn't finish.  I am so proud of him for trying something new and going for it.  He has been having the summer of his life.  Back at the beginning of June, he went with some friends to San Fransico. Then for the 4th of July, he went to New York City for a week.  We can't wait to see where this next year brings him as he finishes up his last year of college and gets a job.  Way to go Harris!  We are so proud of you!
