On Tuesday, we took the children to Hessenpark which is an open-air museum that sits on 165 acres of land and displays over 100 buildings from the Hessen region and other historical artifacts. If you were to compare it to somewhere in the United States, then I would compare it to Williamsburg, Virginia; however, Hessenpark lacks the actors dressed in historical dress. It was a really fun way to spend the day as the girls enjoyed petting the animals and playing on the playground.
