It's hard to forget a name like this. They serve modern interpretations of local food, and have upgraded from a hawker stall to a restaurant complete with an upscale omakase service at night (39 Neil Road, 9339-8445). But in the absence of dining service right now, they have reverted back to their old build-your-own bowls, which was pretty cool because then you can get a taste of several of their a la carte dishes in one go.
