I’m normally not a big fan of konnyaku. But these spicy konjac strips from China were kinda interesting. Packaged in an easy-to-open pouch, they could effectively be squeezed directly into one’s mouth without any utensils needed. The texture was firmer than konnyaku, and instead almost tofu (or perhaps more accurately, jellyfish)-like. That probably doesn’t sound very appealing, but I still ate these things. It's honestly more about the salt, spice, and grease than anything else.
