Here's the tofu salad from YAYOI. Those rectangular blocks of tofu definitely are not as good as Ootoya's version, but at least the sesame dressing here wasn't the usual beige Kewpie stuff. Note to self: the salmon carpaccio here is kinda good with its raw onion slices, and one doesn't even have to use their shiso dressing given that they sprinked salt on it. But it's also rather pricey compared to the three slices of salmon sashimi that are available as a side.
