Nissin Foods' Myojo brand recently released a mala xiangguo flavor of its instant cup noodles, and it's been pretty difficult to find at supermarkets due to its popularity. We finally managed to secure a couple of them though, and unfortunately, I didn't like it. Sure, I suppose it tasted like mala xiangguo, but it was too forced, and I'd much rather eat the real thing.
