Tsui Wah's Famous Baked Pork Chop With Fried Rice
I
finally tried Tsui Wah's famous baked pork chop with fried rice today; not in
Hong Kong, but at their Singapore outlet, of all places (3A River Valley Road #01-03, 6250-9270). The pork chop was very juicy, and there were even a few
crispy bits of rice along the sides. But that tomato sauce and cheese were a big turnoff for me, and I regretted ordering this.
