Now I'm not in the airline industry but when I get a change to my flight schedule I would expect it to be right... So have a read... Can you see anything wrong?

When I finally got through to the call centre the person on the end of the phone went through the schedule change but didn't pick up I would arrive in Brisbane 3 hours after my flight left for Auckland!

As part of my conversation I asked why was I being rescheduled? 

After five minutes I was told they don't know...
