Not to be confused with Ajisen, Ajisai is the other ramen shop at Hokkaido Marche that featured seabura ramen. Yep, those are little bits of pork lard floating on top. Admittedly, it wasn't anywhere as rich as I thought it would be, tasting more just like some tender minced meat instead.
