Pablo Cheese Tart

When this shop from Osaka opened up at Wisma Atria earlier this year, long lines formed (435 Orchard Road #01-02, 6835-9269). But this morning, there was no one in line. So I grabbed a slice of their original tart to see what the fuss was about. It was disappointing. I was expecting some kind of mind-blowingly rich taste, but it was rather mild. Worse, I somehow imagined caramelized sugar on top, but instead the topping was tangy. The crust was OK, but I'm not going to bother getting that again.
