Despite the name, this place is not in Punggol, but at the Bgain 22 Old Street Coffee House (22 Havelock Road #01-669), just in front of the Havelock Road Cooked Food Centre. They had a banner in front of the stall advertising white bee hoon. We thus stopped by to give it a try, going for the cheapest one, which was the lala bee hoon.

Actually, they had two different ones, one being the "white" been hoon with seafood in the background, as well as some other lala bee hoon in the foreground that also featured some kind of salted preserved clams, if I tasted it correctly. It gave it a nice bit stank and I would be happy to eat it again, but my preference is for the white one in the back, mainly because it was smokier.
